You may have noticed recently that there have been quite a few different types of drugs that have been recalled. Some have been voluntary recalls, which means that you can take the drug back to a store if you would like to. Other times, the recalls are mandatory, which means you need to take the drug back to the store. The most recent and talked about recall was for Tylenol products. A large portion of Tylenol products were recalled because of a problem with insufficient cleaning procedures in the plant.

There are many ways you can find out about drug recalls. Many times you will hear about recalls on the news and in the local newspapers. You can generally find postings in the drug store as well. If you head online, you can find a list of drug recalls on the FDA’s website, and this same list is copied on a huge variety of other websites also.
